All persons who elect to join by signing up for a membership with Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) are required to follow the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Any person who joins Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) are bound to these terms and conditions for a period of eight years following their joining date.
These terms and conditions maybe altered and updated at the sole discretion of the web site management at anytime without giving warning to subscribers. By subscribing to this site you accept the terms and conditions in this agreement.
Paid Subscriptions
This website is not a free service. To fully access all features and contact other members you must purchase a paid membership.
II. Refund Policy
A. Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) has a strict NO REFUND POLICY! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds given at any time. There are NO refunds for unused time. There are no refunds if our service does not work with your computer. Due to the technical nature of our service, all services Apostolic Friends provides are provided AS IS.
III. Disputes or Reversal Of Charges through Bank Account or Credit Card Company.
A. If a member disputes our charge or the transaction is reversed with his/her credit card company or bank and Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) loses the dispute and payment amount, Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) will turn the member's account over to our collections department
B. ApostolicFriends (ApostolicSingles.net) will seek in collections an amount equal to the prior purchase amount plus $50.00 for chargeback settlement and collection fees incurred by ApostolicFriends (ApostolicSingles.net) due to the dispute or reversal of the the transaction brought by the customer or the bank.
C. If all collection attempts are unsuccessful, Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) will file suit in our county small claims court. We will seek damages in the amount $75.00 for suit filing fees, original amount of customer's purchase, and $50.00 for any chargeback settlement fees aquired from the customer's credit card company and Paypal, Inc.

1. Requirements
A. Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) Network is a site specifically for born again obeyers of the Apostolic Doctrine. By subscribing to this site you agree you are an Apostolic believer. This means you have obeyed or are in the process of obeying the plan of salvation found in Acts 2:38. To be consider Apostolic you've must have repented, been baptized in Jesus name, and have received the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in other tongues.
B. At any time Apostolic Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) is at liberty to terminate a subscription if found that the subscriber is not a pursuer, obeyer, and believer of the Apostolic Doctrine or Biblical principals. This includes reasons such as being currently married, living a sinful lifestyle (homosexual, lesbian, etc...), or being habitual sinner without repentence. Your account will be banned if you are found to be knowingly and openly doing any of the following: fornicating, worshiping false Gods, commiting adultery, homosexuality, stealing, drinking, reviling, extorting, covetous.

C. Due to the mature nature of this site. This site has a subscriber age limit of 18 or older. Those subscribers who are not 18 or older will have their account deleted without notice.

* The Gift of the Holy Ghost is necessary for all believers - St. John 3:5, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:38, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:1-5, John 7:37-39.
* Holy living is a must. Heb 12:14, Titus 2:12.
* Jesus Christ is coming back. Acts 1:9-11, I Thessalonians 4:13-17, Titus 2:13

Subscriber Rules
1. Photo's
A. Using photo of pet, car, friends, nature scenes, animals, or any other person, place, or thing is not allowed as primary profile photo. Posting such photo's as primary profile photo will be subject to deletion. An email will be sent by administrator as warning to subscriber to delete or change it to a secondary position. A subscriber is absolutely free to add these sort of photos to their photo gallery. Primary profile photos must be of or include subscriber themselves. An email will be sent by administrator as warning to subscriber.
B. Pornography and Indecent Photos or material is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have such material their account will be deleted without warning and IP address blocked.
C. No Member accounts may not be used to send unsolicited advertisment to other members. This includes specifically sending messages with the intention of advertising/promoting any singles/dating/romance or simular site without express written permission for the owner of ApostolicSingles.net. If a member is found to be violating this, his/her account will be deleted immediately without warning or notice, IP address banned, and no refund of any amount will will be given. As well ApostolicSingles.net will take appropriate legal action. Below is what will result, if you violate these terms.
ApostolicSingles.net will hire legal counsel and will file suit in Indiana state court, on the grounds of without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising directly or indirectly from the use of (or failure to use) our services. We will seek damages of $1,000 per each recorded offense, as well as all attorney fees we aquire as a result of having to take legal action.
2. Email from Apostolic Friends
Apostolic Friends will often send out a monthly newsletter. If you do not want to recieve our newsletter, you will need to login and delete your account. If you are a member of our website, you will be subject to having to receive our emails. If you don't like it, block our email.
II. Conduct
A. Profanity or any other disrespectful unchristian behavior will result in deletion of account without warning.
B. Subscribers are not allowed to post email addresses, instant messengers user name, phone, or any other contact method in their profiles. If members profile is found to contain such information, the members account will be deleted without notice to member. This includes paid member accounts.
Persons in violation will have their IP blocked. They will not be allowed to rejoin or use features of our site, until they pay our $25.00 account violation fine. This is incurred for any loss of income due to their account abuse. C. Subscribers are expected to be respectful to all other subscribers and management.
D. Apostolic Singles/Friends (ApostolicSingles.net) reserves the exclusive right to delete member accounts for any reason not covered in these terms and condition without warning or explaination to member.
Legal Fees
I. If we experience any legal matter that requires legal action and the necessary hiring of an attorney, the member in question will be responsible for all attorney fees aquired by ApostolicSingles.net if he/she should lose the case in a court of law.
